What we do

Mandi Bhai is a business-to-business platform. We connect wholesale traders operating inside the agricultural produce market — the mandi — with the retail shops, kirana stores and small grocers in the surrounding area.

We do not buy stock, run warehouses or operate dark stores. Goods stay with the wholesaler until a retailer orders them. Mandi Bhai handles the listing, the order and the delivery between the two.

How an order moves

  1. The shop places an order A retailer selects what it needs from the wholesalers listed on Mandi Bhai, at the rate the trader is quoting that day.
  2. The wholesaler confirms and packs The trader already holding that stock in the mandi accepts the order and prepares it for pickup. No transfer, no restocking.
  3. It reaches the shop the same hour A delivery partner carries the order from the mandi to the shop. Our target for every order inside the mandi's catchment is under 60 minutes.
